CERTIFIED PERSONAL TRAINER

Raised in the Ottawa-Orleans area, Caroline is a bilingual certified Group Fitness Instructor and has been teaching various fitness classes since 2010. Over the years she has thought Zumba Fitness, Tabata, Spinning but her main focus and passion is teaching group Bootcamps.

She is a fitness enthusiast; her journey began at a very young age where she played numerous sports like gymnastic, baseball and competitive volleyball which allowed her to learn and develop a variety of training techniques.  Her second passion (after fitness), is nutrition and healthy living.  Hand in hand with exercise, Caroline believes that nutrition is the key to healthy living.

Caroline also holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminology and is currently working full-time for the Federal Government of Canada.

Caroline has competed in Fitness Competitions as a Fitness Model and as a Figure Competitor and has won 1st place in her Figure category at the 2015 INBA Competition. She is proud to be part of the 180 Degree trainer family.
