CERTIFIED PERSONAL TRAINER
Over the past 15 years Michelle has worked in the health and fitness industry as a running coach, personal trainer, boot camp instructor, group fitness instructor, and nutrition and wellness coach. She has always been active and gets so much energy from exercise that she has always made it a priority, but as a homeschooling mom of 3, coach and entrepreneur, she understands the challenges people face trying to make time for their health.
She believes that health is our most important asset, for without it we cannot do the things we need / want / love to do with as much enthusiasm or energy as we could. Michelle is truly passionate about helping others live happy, healthy, energetic lives and nothing pumps her up more than cheering people on through a workout, teaching them how to perform the exercises properly and encouraging them to accomplish more than they thought they were capable of! But she also believes the key to achieving and maintaining a healthy lifestyle is 20% exercise, 80% nutrition and 100% mindset!
Aside from hanging with her family and working out, Michelle loves running, hiking, spending time in nature (especially where it is WARM 😉 and has a love for learning and personal development. We all deserve to live our best life and be the best version of ourselves!
