PERSONAL TRAINER

Nana holds a Bachelor of Art degree in Psychology  with a minor in Neuroscience and Mental Health.  Growing up, she was involved and participated  in various fitness programs, including practicing  Karate as a child. Although she has always been  fairly active, after having had 3 children, and having  felt uncomfortable and insecure, she needed some  significant change.

In early 2018, she joined 180 Fitness and completed  a 12 week Transformation, losing 35 lbs!
Equipped with an increased sense of confidence  and newfound motivation, Nana fell inlove with  health and fitness and continued on her fitness  journey with the intent of gaining strength and  muscle. Her body composition completely changed.

Health and Fitness is Nana’s passion. In spring 2020,  she became certified as a fitness instructor, and  completed the Agatsu Kettlebell fitness instructor  course shortly thereafter. In addition to helping  others reach their fitness and health goals, she  continues to work on her own personal objectives.  She has been working her way up with Fitranx, and  her goal is to reach Fitranx level 8.

Nana challenges her clients with full body training,  with a focus on real boot camp style sessions. She  designs her sessions to build endurance, muscle  and strength as she believes this is the foundation  of a healthy mind and body.
