Born in Montreal, Sarah spent her youth playing competitive soccer, gymnastics, downhill skiing, and joined all the high school sport teams available! Sports were always apart of her life. After graduating from McGill University, her focus changed from sports to fitness. Sarah has been a fitness enthusiast for over 15 years, exploring everything from Spinning, TRX, dance, bootcamps and yoga.In 2014 she finally made the decision to get her CanFitPro fitness certification and start sharing her passion with others! She also earned her Level 1 Yoga Tune Up Teacher Training certificate in June 2015, and loves sharing the knowledge and discovery of the human body that Yoga Tune Up embodies.
When not teaching (or at the gym!), Sarah can be found walking or trail running the greenbelt pathways with her dog. Boogy-ing to music always makes her happy. Time spent with friends & family at home and at the cottage are also at the top of her list!
