Taylor has a ceaseless goal to guide those who struggle to undertake the path towards living
a healthier life through exercise and lifestyle change. Taylor utilizes the lessons that she has learned and experienced throughout her journey o help others succeed through coaching, one-on-one training and holistic health lifestyle advice. For several years, she has been studying fitness and health as whole; psychology, holistic wellness, leadership, physiology, anatomy, exercise mechanics, sports nutrition, exercise safety, group fitness and personal training.
Throughout what she has learned in school and experienced for herself, Taylor has discovered a passion and fascination for functional training. Her philosophy is that; functional training is one of the most efficient methods of training, as it allows the full body to be incorporated throughout the exercises performed. This interest inspired Taylor to further understand this type of training thoroughly, and learn more about how it could help her clients succeed and reach their ultimate goals.
Taylor grew up in Orleans and participated in several sports such as Jiu Jitsu, football, field hockey, badminton, rollerblading, skating, swimming, and dancing. Although these are activities that she still enjoys to do to this day, Taylor also loves to take a hike in the beautiful outdoors, exercise at the park under the sun, practice yoga and meditation, paint, draw, cook fun and healthy and wholesome meals, and spend time with loved family and friends.
