Your role as a Bold n’ Beautiful Academy Accountability Coach is to help facilitate growth of our students within the Bold n’ Beautiful Academy Academy. You will help our clients get results they haven’t been able to get on their own. You will help provide structure, accountability, encouragement, training, a source of stability and empowerment to our clients. You will be responsible for being the first point of contact for your clients to receive answers to their questions. You will also assist the CEO with future program development. Work is 100% remote. You will be required to manage spreadsheets, host interactions, present kpi’s, and be ruthlessly obsessed with helping our clients win. 

This is a part-time to full time salary position and includes perks and benefits.

LOCATION

This is a remote position. Relocation may be a requirement in the future for this role once it is deemed a good fit, and depending on the current transition of the corporation. Until then, it is remote.

Responsibilities (updated regularly for internal use only) 

Being a Bold n’ Beautiful Academy Academy Accountability Coach is an honor. You will be given a batch of clients that you must mentor, assist, and help transcend through our Client Onboarding and Product Escalation pathways + Log Daily and Weekly Accountability checkpoints for each individual client. You will be responsible for the following:

Academy Accountability Coach Responsibilities:  

  • Going through our Corporate Onboarding Training Center
  • Going through Bold n’ Beautiful Academy Accountability Coach Training Center
  • Helping Log On Bold n’ Beautiful Academy Closer and VIP Mastermind Master Sheet
  • Logging Onboarding For Bold n’ Beautiful Academy Closer + VIP Mastermind Students
  • Monitoring & logging Product Escalation For Bold n’ Beautiful Academy Closer + VIP Mastermind Students
  • Monitoring & logging Product Escalation For Savage Closer + VIP Mastermind Students
  • Holding students accountable to executing their AM Routine + AM Check In & then logging completion 
  • Holding students accountable to executing their PM Routine + PM Check In & then logging completion 
  • Holding Bold n’ Beautiful Academy Closer & VIP Mastermind students accountable to executing their Weekly Progress Report
  • Holding VIP Mastermind students accountable to executing their Airlock/Forward Planning
  • Knowing The Ins & Outs Of The Bold n’ Beautiful Academy Closer Master Client Folder and being able to help navigate students or get them what they need quickly and efficiently
  • Knowing The Ins & Outs Of the Bold n’ Beautiful Academy Closer Portal and being able to help navigate students or get them what they need quickly and efficiently
  • Knowing The Ins & Outs Of The Bold n’ Beautiful Academy Master Client Folder and being able to help navigate students or get them what they need quickly and efficiently
  • Knowing The Ins & Outs Of The VIP Bold n’ Beautiful Academy Portal and being able to help navigate students or get them what they need quickly and efficiently
  • Assisting with Daily Posting Motivation In All Mastermind Groups + PT Celebrations 
  • Host Master Client Folder + Yellow Brick Road Support Coaching Blocks
  • Be Able to operate Zen Planner & My180Fitness Coach Apps quickly and efficiently 
  • Host weekly 1on1 Calls (5 minutes max) w/ students – going over their weekly progress report
  • Help build, expand, and improve all Bold n’ Beautiful Academy Academy Accountability Coaching tools, systems, and resources both internally for company and externally for customer 
  • Knowing When Someone Can Be Sold & When Someone Cannot
  • Keeping Log Of Upsell Opportunities For Both Bold n’ Beautiful Academy Closer & VIP Mastermind Students
  • Communicating With Sales Team For Sale Opportunities
  • Help get students into our street team referral program 
  • Help run testimonial script and get recordings of testimonials with students
  • Prepare KPI’s + Updates on all of the above

 

 

Academy Accountability Coach Results: 

  • Onboard all New Clients In 72 Hours Or Less (Onboard: Launch Conferences Done, Initial Meet and Greet Set Up & Completed, Clarity Call Done, Back End Set Up, Intro Done, Shows Up To First Open Coaching)
  • Engage Clients 2x A Day through My180FitnessCoach: AM + PM 
  • Drop Motivational + Educational Sales Resources in the 180fitness Wolves of 180 WhatsAppGroup +  2x A Week (Monday/Friday) 
  • 90% Weekly Progress Report Completion Per Week
  • 90% Weekly 1on1 Call Completion Per Week
  • 50-80%+ OC Client Attendance Completion Rate Per Week
  • 90% 1x Roleplays Completion Rate Per Week
  • 80% AM Check In Response Rate
  • 80% PM Check In Response Rate
  • 2-4x Upsell Pass Off Per Month
  • Help Facilitate 1-2x New Street Team Partners Per Month
  • Recording 2-4x Testimonials Per Month
  • Screenshot wins and share with Content Coordinator
  • Manage all Before & Afters, Collect and send to Creative Once collected

 

 

Academy Accountability Coach Requirements: 

  • Need To Be Detail Oriented With The Ability To Manage Interactions And Clients
  • You Have Proved Yourself As A Valuable Academy Accountability Coach By Keeping Your Churn Rate Below 5% 
  • Excellent Coach Surveys 
  • Excellent Adherence To Standard Operating Procedures
  • Excellent Involvement In The Improvement And Development Of Standing Operating Procedures
  • Already Mentoring Other Academy Accountability Coaches Naturally
  • Go Through Bold n’ Beautiful Academy Fitness Sales Straight Line Sales Training 3x
  • Know The YBR (Yellow Brick Road For All Products Like (Challenges, Memberships and Supps) off The Back Of Your Hand
  • 1+ years of experience in customer success 
  • Executing, managing, and improving/developing a process for outbound client accountability and inbound client support
  • Fitness background 
  • Zoom, social media, excel, word background

 

PACKAGE: 60 DAY TRIAL PERIOD

  • $18.50/hr (depending on experience) ***each client requires about 25-30 minutes of service per week
