Mon/Wed/Fri
- Monday Morning Team Huddle 730am

- Weigh-in either from home or @ the gym and update your app
- Bi-Weekly Open Coaching 8pm – 8:45pm

This is also where you will see our calendar for:

- All Group Training Classes
This is also where your membership will be held and where payments will be processed from.
How to use it:
- Click “Log In” on the left menu
- Insert the username and password that was sent to you after registering
- You will then be guided to change and put in your own password
- Click “Calendar” on the navigation bar
- You can select the type of calendar, or search by instructor under the Date on top of the calendar
- Choose an appropriate class and click “Reserve” on the right hand side
MyFitnessPal
This is where you track your food.
Starting in Week #3, we will get you to start uploading and tracking your food. We will send you a request from this app for you to sync to.

This is where the community is, where you can connect with others all striving to be the best versions of themselves. You will be posting your wins, grateful 4 and focus 4 tomorrow inside here.
Zoom Workouts
This is where you will find access to Zoom workouts that run Monday to Friday, from 8:30 am – 9:00 am EST!
NOTE: The Zoom Access Code changes every few weeks and can always be found inside the private FB group
Zoom Workout Replays
This is where you can go back and rewatch any workout, or catch back up on replays if you missed out.

Your VIP Membership Portal
All your nutrition and Mindset workshops will eventually end up inside this portal. This is yours to keep upon completion of the program. So in case you miss a workshop you can always go back to retrieve handouts and videos. There are also BONUS recipes, recordings from coaching calls, momentum conferences, and 21x beyond beginner based workouts
