You might not know it, but we started this crazy adventure in a field in Orleans, Ontario – not far from the current 180 Fitness location. It’s amazing to think back what we’ve been through, but I’m sure you can relate.
Life is continually a challenge, and it’s hard. I’m not sure I would have made it this far without people like you. Your inspiration and dedication to transforming yourself… your kind words… your compassion and commitment… even to one another.
When I really think about it, it’s THAT inspiration and influence that actually encourages me to share everything I can with others. And I believe it’s THAT SAME inspiration (combined with the knowledge we provide) that makes this program THE ONE that finally works for you, and for so many others.
