There will be no “winner” for overall weight loss. We will be tracking accountability to the program through our in house tracking system, remember anyone who joins this challenge for $1.00 must attend in person training at least 3x/wk or get charged the full rate of $397+Tax. Anyone who completes the Road Rally Challenge will get entered in the drawing to win prizes. Cash Prizes will be awarded to those who finish in the TOP 3 in the Road Rally Challenge! The purpose of the challenge is to inspire you and to motivate you to get amazing results, if that happens, YOU win! Weigh-ins and pictures will be taken at the beginning & end of the program, before and after the challenge to track results and celebrate your victory.
And of Course at the finale – The 180Degree Fitness ultimate XMAS Party Dec 9th – Location TBD
Once you sign up for the program you will receive an email with all of the details on how to get started and what you need to do. Everything is handed out in person at the kickoff meeting. Print out materials that you can take with you (like the weekly grocery lists). We do all our coaching through online, face to face & though Facebook, but all the important materials are posted in our private Facebook group or handed to YOU in person @ 180fitness.
This program is not designed for vegetarians, however, we do have a vegetarian recipe book we can send you instead. All of the other nutrition and lifestyle tips and strategies will still apply.
YES! This program has been approved by a dietitian and has been approved by a doctor and is safe for diabetics. HOWEVER, we always require you to check with your own doctor before starting any new meal plan.
