THE 180 REHABILITATIVE EXERCISE PROGRAM:

If you have aches, pains or injury that are holding you back from your health and fitness goals, this program is perfect for you. This is an active rehabilitation service run by a licensed physiotherapist so it can be paid for with your physiotherapy benefits. We work hard to integrate the physiotherapist’s treatment plan with your health goals to get you back to full health.
