How much do your programs cost?

Pricing can be anywhere from $8/week to several hundred, depending on each individual’s needs and budget. We offer options for both virtual and in-person classes. Contact us for current pricing and to discuss which program fits your budget and goals.

Do you offer free trials or consultations?

All of our initial fitness consultations are free. We also have a 5-Day Kickstart program for just $5 that lets you experience our approach with no pressure.

What qualifications do your trainers have?

All our trainers are certified professionals with degrees in Kinesiology, Exercise Physiology, or related fields. More importantly, many have personal transformation stories and understand the challenges you’re facing. They practice what they preach and are committed to your success.

What if I have injuries or physical limitations?

Many of our coaches have backgrounds in rehabilitation and corrective exercise. We’ll work around your limitations, focus on what you CAN do, and often help improve problem areas through proper movement and strengthening. We always recommend consulting with your healthcare provider for serious conditions.

What equipment and amenities do you have?

We have a complete fitness facility with strength training equipment, cardio options, and recovery tools including infrared sauna and Normatec compression therapy. We also have indoor and outdoor training spaces.

Do you provide meal plans?

Yes! Most of our programs include nutrition coaching with personalized guidance. Our online program includes bi-weekly meal plans and grocery lists. We focus on teaching you sustainable eating habits rather than restrictive diets.

What happens after I complete a program?

Our goal is to empower you with the knowledge and habits to maintain your results independently. Many clients continue with our ongoing programs or transition to maintenance plans. The community relationships you build often last a lifetime.

I'm a complete beginner. Will I be able to keep up?

Absolutely! Our programs are designed for all fitness levels. We start with a personalized assessment and create a plan that matches your current abilities. Our coaches are skilled at modifying exercises and providing progressions that challenge you appropriately while keeping you safe and motivated.
