Our Approach: Training + Rehab Integration

Our method is built around three core phases: Assess → Train/Recover → Maintain.

First, we ask: What’s your body telling you? We conduct movement screens and digital assessments to identify not just strength deficits, but also weak links, past injuries, and habits that hold you back.

Next, training and recovery go hand-in-hand. Your personal training sessions target strength, mobility, and performance, while your physiotherapy sessions (virtual or in-studio) address movement mechanics, preload, and postload recovery, and body maintenance.

Finally, we build maintenance habits because transformation doesn’t end when you finish a program. We teach you how to keep moving freely, stay strong, and avoid falling back into old cycles.

Shalom Okorosobo

Shalom Okorosobo is a kind and compassionate Registered Physiotherapist (PT) who graduated from the University of Toronto Master of Science in Physical Therapy program in 2022. She also graduated from the University of Ottawa Honours Bachelor of Science in Human Kinetics program in 2020. Shalom brings proven rehab strategies, movement optimization, and remote care to your schedule, meaning you don’t have to wait for in-studio sessions to start your progress.

Adrian Delorey, Founder & Lead Coach

Adrian has spent 20+ years helping people in Ottawa reclaim their bodies and confidence. His philosophy is simple: you don’t need to be “perfect” to start, you just need to be committed. With his guidance and the team’s expertise, you’ll have the support you need at every step.
