9:00 AM Mondays & Saturdays

Total Body Circuit Trainig

Start strong. Finish stronger. This high-energy, full-body workout is designed around station-based movement, so you’ll never get bored during your workout.Mondays help kick-start your week with purpose, while Saturdays wrap it up with a bang.

Tuesdays

Kettlebell + Conditioning

Move with purpose. Train with power. This isn’t your average kettlebell class. You’ll combine strength and cardio using functional kettlebell movements, conditioning drills, and speed work for a workout that challenges and energizes

Wednesdays (Upper) & Fridays (Lower)

Upper & Lower Body Strength Split

Muscle is your metabolism. These sessions focus on building lean muscle through progressive resistance training. Upper body on Wednesdays, lower body on Fridays — to help you stay strong, mobile, and energized.

Saturdays – 10:00 AM

HYROX Performance Training

Take your training to the next level. HYROX fuses strength and endurance in a performance-driven format. Expect sled pushes, rowing, wall balls, and more in this high-intensity challenge.

10:00 AM Sundays

Bodyweight & Mobility

Reset your body. Refresh your mind. A restorative, equipment-free session focused on flexibility, joint health, and functional strength. Ideal for active recovery or travel-ready workouts.
